Jeff Ritenour, 36, was named senior vice president, Corporate Finance and Treasurer, in March 2010. He previously served as vice president, Acquisitions and Divestitures, and has been with Devon since 2001. Ritenour is responsible for all corporate finance, capital markets, debt and cash management, acquisitions and divestitures and insurance activities of the company. Prior to joining Devon, Ritenour was a senior auditor with Ernst & Young in Dallas. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in business administration, both from the University of Oklahoma.
