To assist employees with their financial security at retirement, the company contributes 6 percent of an employee's base salary toward the Devon Canada Pension Plan. This is in addition to an employee savings program. This savings program provides numerous financial options with employee contributions matched dollar-for-dollar by the company up to 4 percent.
